Git Off Yer Duff!
If you haven't already figured it out I am talking about staying fit and trim. We look for books, diets, gizmo's, videos, trends, and machines that will help us drop the extra weight quickly & hopefully painlessly. Dieting can and does work but it really depends on strict discipline not to cheat and rarely do we make them into a long-term lifestyle. The result? Quit the diet, gain back the unwanted weight.
Enter the following video. It is almost ten minutes long (WARNING to the A.D.D. folks out there) but it held my interest rather well. In it doctor Mike Evans shares a very simple concept. And though he's not reinventing the wheel, he is in some ways re-introducing us to it. Perhaps most amazingly is the far reaching benefits above and beyond improving our collective waistlines. Give it a view!
